{"id":232,"date":"2020-10-20T08:16:25","date_gmt":"2020-10-20T08:16:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/remotion.brandbar.eu\/?page_id=232"},"modified":"2022-09-11T00:35:20","modified_gmt":"2022-09-10T23:35:20","slug":"hull-crack-repairs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/remotion.no\/pt\/applications\/hull-crack-repairs\/","title":{"rendered":"Reparos em fissuras no casco subaqu\u00e1tico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As maiores diferen\u00e7as entre unidades offshore (FPSOs e FSOs) e petroleiros convencionais geralmente s\u00e3o que as unidades offshore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Est\u00e3o continuamente carregando e descarregando em uma variedade de estados do mar<\/li><li>Possuem mais ciclos globais de carga<\/li><li>S\u00e3o orientadas pelo vento, o que significa que a proa est\u00e1 constantemente apontando para a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do vento dominante<\/li><li>N\u00e3o t\u00eam a possibilidade de evitar estados do mar severos<\/li><li>Possuem uma descontinuidade no fundo e\/ou conv\u00e9s principal devido a uma abertura central<\/li><li>T\u00eam grandes cargas transferidas na borda do navio, do sistema de amarra\u00e7\u00e3o, guindastes e flare para a viga do casco<\/li><li>Precisam realizar trabalhos de reparo em tanques normalmente no local, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es desfavor\u00e1veis, como condi\u00e7\u00f5es \u00famidas e de dificil acesso<\/li><li>Normalmente s\u00e3o projetadas com base em estat\u00edsticas de ondas espec\u00edficas do local com um per\u00edodo de retorno de 100 anos, enquanto os petroleiros geralmente s\u00e3o projetados para estat\u00edsticas de ondas do Norte Atl\u00e2ntico com um per\u00edodo de retorno de 25 anos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas diferen\u00e7as podem causar fissuras em locais diferentes para unidades offshore em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com petroleiros convencionais. A Autoridade de Seguran\u00e7a de Petr\u00f3leo na Noruega realizou um estudo com 17 unidades no per\u00edodo entre 2000 e 2019, totalizando 494 fissuras relatadas nessas unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A repara\u00e7\u00e3o desses danos \u00e9 cr\u00edtica para a integridade da estrutura e requer uma solda certificada, de penetra\u00e7\u00e3o total, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es controladas e seguras. Devido ao ambiente offshore rigoroso e \u00e0 localiza\u00e7\u00e3o desfavor\u00e1vel dessas fissuras quando encontradas nas chapas do casco abaixo da linha d'\u00e1gua, a repara\u00e7\u00e3o pode exigir que a embarca\u00e7\u00e3o seja movida para uma doca seca, resultando na paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e causando uma perda econ\u00f4mica enorme para o operador. Fissuras menores podem ser reparadas com m\u00e9todos tradicionais, como coferdames instalados por mergulhadores ou ROVs offshore, mas essas opera\u00e7\u00f5es requerem condi\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas que raramente est\u00e3o presentes offshore e, al\u00e9m disso, sistemas significativos de suporte e auxiliares, como embarca\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tecnologia de reparo de fissuras da Remotion torna poss\u00edvel reparar essas fissuras no casco offshore, mesmo em condi\u00e7\u00f5es extremas, enquanto a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da embarca\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 interrompida e com um pequeno conjunto de equipamentos e poucos tripulantes a bordo da unidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nossa equipe de engenharia, junto com a experi\u00eancia habilidosa de nossos operadores, desenvolveu um m\u00e9todo que garante que a \u00e1rea da fissura seja adequadamente vedada e mantida seca do lado de fora do casco, enquanto os soldadores podem trabalhar com seguran\u00e7a e reparar o dano do interior do casco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para alcan\u00e7ar isso, desenvolvemos nosso avan\u00e7ado sistema de coferdames e m\u00e9todo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de nossos M-ROVs.<br><br><strong>Nosso coferdames oferece:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Veda\u00e7\u00f5es de alta temperatura (270\u00b0C), que permitem o pr\u00e9-aquecimento da \u00e1rea rachada<sup>o<\/sup>C), which allow the pre-heating of the cracked area<\/li><li>Barreira dupla; ao redor da c\u00e2mara de soldagem, h\u00e1 uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria e uma c\u00e2mara de v\u00e1cuo para aumentar a seguran\u00e7a<\/li><li>Press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica constante na c\u00e2mara de soldagem<\/li><li>G\u00e1s de solda pode circular dentro da c\u00e2mara de soldagem<\/li><li>Controle visual da c\u00e2mara de soldagem por c\u00e2meras HD e luzes subaqu\u00e1ticas<\/li><li>Sensor de entrada de \u00e1gua na c\u00e2mara de soldagem<\/li><li>Sensor de temperatura na c\u00e2mara de soldagem<\/li><li>Sensor de press\u00e3o tanto na c\u00e2mara de soldagem quanto na c\u00e2mara de v\u00e1cuo secund\u00e1ria<\/li><li>Unidade de v\u00e1lvulas controlada remotamente para controlar as linhas de drenagem e v\u00e1cuo<\/li><li>V\u00e1lvula de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a para isolar o v\u00e1cuo em caso de falha na bomba<\/li><li>Software de controle e monitoramento com GUI na tela<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"554\" height=\"191\" src=\"http:\/\/remotion.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-885\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O coferdame \u00e9 instalado por um de nossos M-ROVs com precis\u00e3o milim\u00e9trica. <br>Para aumentar ainda mais a seguran\u00e7a dos soldadores dentro do casco, o M-ROV permanece no local e segura o coferdame durante o reparo. Isso significa que a for\u00e7a magn\u00e9tica do M-ROV complementa a for\u00e7a do v\u00e1cuo, enquanto o M-ROV pode intervir imediatamente se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando o reparo \u00e9 conclu\u00eddo, o cofferdam \u00e9 removido e retido no conv\u00e9s pelo M-ROV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passos Operacionais:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>M-ROV mergulha com c\u00e2meras, ferramenta de limpeza do casco, ferramenta de esmeril e o cofferdam<\/li><li>Limpeza da \u00e1rea de crescimento marinho e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da rachadura<\/li><li>M-ROV remove a tinta ao longo da rachadura com sua ferramenta de esmeril<\/li><li>M-ROV instala o coferdame<\/li><li>O v\u00e1cuo \u00e9 estabelecido e a \u00e1gua \u00e9 drenada da c\u00e2mara de v\u00e1cuo<\/li><li>Teste de integra\u00e7\u00e3o desligando a bomba de v\u00e1cuo<\/li><li>Soldadores reparam a rachadura<\/li><li>NDT da solda de reparo<\/li><li>M-ROV remove o cofferdam<\/li><li>Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do lado molhado do reparo pelas c\u00e2meras do M-ROV<\/li><li>M-ROV retorna ao conv\u00e9s<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos orgulhosos que nossa solu\u00e7\u00e3o tenha sido utilizada com sucesso pela Equinor.
